Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

Unopened & unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund with the following exclusions and conditions-

  • Revolution Cleaning Products will pay the return shipping costs if the return is deemed to be due to an error on our part or if the item is defective and cannot be easily fixed.
  • If an item was ordered in to meet with a specific request of a client, we will consider a refund on a case by case basis and may deduct any shipping and handling fees involved in sourcing the product 
  • If an item has been opened or used and you have simply changed your mind or the item does not meet with your expectations, we will consider a  refunding your purchase on a case by case basis
  • If an item has been used or marked and cannot be sold as new stock we may come to some arrangement to resell the item but are not obliged to offer a refund
  • We may charge a 'fair and reasonable' restocking fee on a case by case basis depending on the administration and handling requirements for the specific product
  • In regards to used equipment that is sold with a warranty agreement, we have the right to organise repairs to return the equipment to full working order and are under no obligation to provide a refund. Equipment sold on our classifieds section on behalf of our clients is only covered by any warranty that has been offered in writing by the vendor that we are selling the equipment on behalf of.  


You should expect to receive your refund within 7 to 14 days of Revolution Cleaning Products receiving the returned item, however, we will always endeavour to refund payment as quickly as possible following our inspection and assessment of the returned item. 

If in the event that a replacement item is sent to you due to an item being faulty, we will expect the faulty item to be returned to the address the item was sent from within 14 days. If the item is not returned within this timeframe, an invoice will be sent to you for the second item.

 
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We will ship to virtually any address within Australia and we do so at very competitive freight rates. Note that there are shipping conditions on some of our products, and certain products such as those classified as dangerous goods can only be sent to areas that we have a suitable carrier in place. We will ship some items internationally however this is assessed on a case by case basis.

Free Freight - Our philosophy on free freight is that nothing is really free and the only way of offering this service is to factor the cost to our company into the retail price of a product. We consider this to be unfair to the majority of clients that live in major regional areas as they are subsidising the cost of freight to send orders to the clients in remote areas within the price that they pay for an item. Our preferred strategy is to source competitive freight rates and to deliver goods at the lowest possible retail price with a freight charge relative to the region that the client lives in.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based however calculations are also based on the cubic size of the product also referred to as cubic weight. The weight of most items can be found on its 'detail page'. To reflect the policies of the individual shipping companies that we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram and cubic dimensions are rounded up to the nearest centimetre.
